Curling Club

Information:

• Pre-ordered lunches from Jimmy John’s will be available 1:00–1:30 PM, when curling begins

• 8 participants will receive instruction (30 minutes) followed by game play (90 minutes)

• Instructors will guide participants through the entire experience

• Followed by 1 hour of socializing (3:30–4:30 PM); an unlimited number of friends, colleagues, and guests are welcome to attend the social hour

What to Wear:

• Dress in layers (it is about 40F in the ice arena)

• Warm comfortable clothing (preferably not fuzzy)

• Stretchy or loose-fitting pants that allow for freedom of movement and modesty (** Jeans and shorts are NOT recommended for curling)

• Bring CLEAN, FLAT rubber-soled shoes to change into for curling

• Thin gloves (not mittens)

• Hat (optional)

Additional Information:

• Curling equipment is provided.

• here are curling stone delivery methods that don’t require a deep lunge if your knees complain.

• Food can be brought in. Food is not available to purchase.

• Alcohol may NOT be brought into the Curling Center.
